Your Collectible is crafted with intention. To preserve the finish and maintain the character of the material, avoid overfilling the piece and allow it to rest between uses.

Avoid friction, abrasion, and any contact with liquids, chemicals, alcohol-based products, cosmetics, or water.

Avoid sharp objects.

Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Let the copper hardware age naturally, its patina is part of the piece.

After each use, wipe the surface gently with a soft flannel cloth to protect the finish and prevent micro scratches.

In case of food spills or other, clean immediately to avoid stain. On the fabric, use a diluted, mild, alcohol and chlorine-free, liquid soap with a soft cotton cloth dampened in water.

When not in use, store the Collectible in its original cotton dust bag in a cool, dry place.

BEAM pieces are produced in limited editions and crafted with intentionality. Because each item is made in small batches, all purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@beamthebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so our team can review the issue and assist you.
